Can you repair another installer’s system?
We can assess an existing installation. Support depends on equipment compatibility, access credentials, parts availability and the condition of the system.
Should I send you my CCTV password?
No. Do not include passwords or live camera links in an enquiry. We will agree an appropriate way to access the system if investigation is needed.
Can you upgrade an existing CCTV system?
We can assess your current cameras, cabling, recorder and network. Where equipment is suitable and compatible, it may be reused. The survey identifies what can stay and what needs replacing.
