What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your name, phone number, postcode, property type, preferred request type, optional email address and the description you enter. Do not send passwords, private camera feeds or sensitive personal information.
We use this information to respond to your request and take steps towards providing a quotation or service at your request. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up to marketing.
Where enquiries are stored
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored on our AWS server in London, outside the publicly accessible website files. Administrative access is restricted. The form returns a reference once the server has saved the request.
Basic server logs are used for security and fault diagnosis. They may contain an IP address, requested page, browser information and time of access. We do not include submitted form contents in web access logs.
How long information is kept
The website enquiry inbox automatically removes requests older than 90 days. Information needed for an ongoing quotation, customer relationship or legal obligations may be kept separately where necessary. Security logs are rotated and retained for a limited period.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Its short form does not save your answers to browser storage. Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy practices.
